Update June 15, 2023: In accordance with local hospital policy masks are now optional.

I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will wear a mask during your visit at your request. If you have any cold symptoms, please wear a mask during your visit, or reschedule.

A HEPA filter air purifier will be running during business hours, and the clinic is thoroughly cleaned in between all visits.
